Order Processing & Estimated Delivery

At Trenly, All orders will be processed and shipped as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor its journey to your doorstep.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we aim for an estimated delivery time of 5-14 days, factors such as customs processing, seasonal demand, and local postal services may affect the exact timeframe. For the fastest possible delivery, we recommend choosing express shipping at checkout.

 

Free Shipping & International Shipping

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders over £40. For international orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.


We provide worldwide shipping, ensuring that customers around the globe can enjoy our handcrafted jewelry. Delivery times will depend on your country’s location and postal infrastructure.


Import Duties & Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.


Order Tracking & Delivery Updates

Once your package has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.


Please reach out to our support team support@shoptrenly.com with your order number and tracking details, and we will assist you in locating your package. 


Address Issues & Failed Deliveries


Please double-check your shipping details when placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to cancel the shipment. In case of a failed delivery, the package may be returned to us, which can take up to two weeks. Once received, we will contact you to arrange reshipping, which may require an additional shipping fee.


To avoid any delays, we highly recommend verifying your address before completing your order.


Missed Deliveries & Pickup Locations


If you miss a delivery attempt, your package may be taken to a local pickup point. The courier will leave instructions on where and how to collect it. Please bring identification when picking up your package, and ensure you collect it in a timely manner. If it is not retrieved within the designated period, it will be returned to us.


In the event of a return due to non-collection, a reshipping fee may apply to send your order again. If the package is lost in transit upon return, we will not be able to issue a replacement.
