At Trenly, we want you to love your purchase! If there’s any issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We currently only accept returns or refunds for the following cases:

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received (must provide photos as proof).

Order lost in transit (confirmed via tracking).
🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Refund:

Change of mind or dislike of the item.

Wrong size choice (please check our size guide before ordering).

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Jewelry items (for hygiene reasons, unless damaged upon arrival).
2. What to Do If You Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, follow these steps:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email].

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once approved, we will offer either:

A replacement (at no extra cost) OR

A refund to your original payment method.

We do not require returns for defective or incorrect items.
3. Exchanges & Store Credit
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order and meet our return conditions, we can offer store credit for a future purchase.
4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds will be sent to your original payment method.
6. Order Cancellations & Changes
As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. If you need to change something, contact us ASAP at support@shoptrenly.com , and we will try our best to accommodate.
